"How long will the repair take?"
We can generally carry out express repairs within 6-8 days. If it really has to be done quickly and we see that it is urgent for you, we can also carry out the repair in 4 days in individual cases.
"Do your optimized spindles really have such a long service life?"
When we dismantle your spindle, we look at every single part. We clean all components and replace those that can no longer be repaired. As a result, you end up with a spindle that is as good as new and tends to last even longer than a new one from the manufacturer. As a reliable partner, we are also happy to offer you regular maintenance for your spindle.
"Why should I decide against a new or replacement spindle?"
In the case of replacement spindles, only that which ensures that the spindle is ready for use again is repaired. This is not very expensive and is quick. BUT the probability that damage will occur again after a short time is very high. This is because if the spindle as a whole is not maintained, the individual parts gradually wear out, leading to constant breakdowns. You don't have this problem with a new spindle. However, these are very expensive and usually not immediately available. A spindle optimized by us therefore offers the perfect interim solution.
