Commission payments between CNC machine service and spindle service providers are commonplace in the industry. They mainly occur when a repair recommendation is made on site at the customer's premises and a spindle is then forwarded from the machine service to the spindle service. This often happens even though a repair would not have been necessary. The service providers are only interested in paying commission. A procedure that significantly increases the hourly price to the detriment of the customer.
Our cooperation with CNC machine companies represents an additional service for our customers that is completely independent and free of commission payments. We merely act as an independent intermediary. Invoicing takes place directly between the customer and the external machine service provider.
This is the only way to guarantee a neutral, objective and first-class spindle and machine service that is tailored to the customer's needs.

Even as a young spindle technician, Markus Kern was eager to get the maximum performance potential out of every spindle he repaired. After a further 10 years of practical technical experience with spindle repairs, he realized his long-standing vision: This - at the time an unknown concept that has since become established worldwide - is based on offering customers support where it was previously lacking: directly on site.

At that time, the topic of on-site spindle consulting was still in its infancy. Markus Kern was looking for a more holistic solution to adapt spindles more ideally to their operating conditions in the machine. Instead of just repairing the spindle without a concept and accepting recurring failures, he wanted to uncover the actual causes of failure and thus put an end to constant spindle failures.
